Travis Masiero the owner and chef of Spruce has combined all elements in creating an eating experience; the food is partly grown in Spruce own veggie and herbs patch, the wine is carefully selected, the bakery creates the best bread in Singapore and the design, the art and the beauty of the surroundings are a lust for the eye. Spruce serves breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner 7 days a week from 8am-1030pm.

What we offer
From Hotcakes to Roasted Mycofarm Mushrooms with Herbs, Creamy Macaroni and Cheese to Seared Tuna with Steamed Bok Choy, Carrot and Ginger Broth. And of course our signature Spruce Burger with Hand Cut Chip, Spruce serves up an array of unique and classic dishes.
Our dessert are a must too. We have Cranberry, Blueberry and Coconut Tart Ala Mode Yogurt to Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Seasonal Fruit, come check out our extensive menu.
