I am a Singapore based female Voice Over talent with a warm, friendly, approachable voice. As a trained actor with 10 years of experience as a performer, I am adaptable and have the ability to sound natural, intimate, sultry, as well as professional having recorded a wide variety of voice overs.

As a native English speaker, with a neutral trans-atlantic accent, I am your ideal English voiceover talent for a cosmopolitan world audience.

I have 10 years of experience as a performer, and have a solid foundation in acting having trained as an actor at the Victorian College of the Arts, Australia.

I am a regular female voice over talent for Canon TVCs around Asia.

I can record the voiceover at the studio of your choice, or I can recommend studios for you to hire. I am also able to record voiceovers in my home studio and email you the files.

My new Nokia TVC voiceovers will be airing in Singapore cinemas and on TV soon.

Julie Wee's Bio

Julie returned to Singapore after graduating from The Victorian College of the Arts Drama School (VCA) in Melbourne.

She has just returned from a stint in Myanmar as News Anchor for Myanmar International, aired in Europe and the USA.

Julie's most recent productions have been SRT's 'Much Ado About Nothing' and Southern Star Production's 'A Gurl's World', playing the dance teacher in the Australian series, presently airing on Okto.

Julie also hosted 'Emerging Sports' for Mio's Adrenaline TV, which covered new sports in Singapore, including Bossaball, Tchukball and DOTA (which she now plays!). She also hosts live events. Past events have included 313@Sommerset's Fashion Night, the VM Ware IT conference and the X-Site Infocomm Competition.

She began acting on TV at the age of fourteen in the 'Adventure Club', moving on to '@ Moulmein High', 'Light Years' and most recently, an episode of the long running Australian soap, 'Neighbours'.

On the Singapore stage, Julie has performed in Ensemble Theatre’s 'Two' and 'Answers from the Centre of the Universe About Things Unknown', Bud's Theatre's 'The Importance of Being Earnest', SRT Little Company’s 'The Tooth Fairy' and 'The Write Stuff', and Wild Rice’s musical 'Cindere-LAH!',

Julie’s acting credits at the VCA include Celia from Shakespeare’s 'As You Like It', Irina in Chekov’s 'Three Sisters', Lily in a weird and wonderful production of Caryl Churchill’s 'The Skriker', Natasha from Gorky’s 'The Lower Depths' and ‘The Professor ‘(a rough and tumble gangster) in the Brecht and Weil musical 'Happy End'.

Julie is also a female Voice Over artist and has voiced TVCs for Canon, Nokia, Triumph, Kotex, Lux, ANX Bank and Greenpan ads as well as HPB fish animation voiceovers, intense fight sequences for Bajaj Motorcycles and characters in the computer game Grenado Espada.

Julie also does documentary narration and corporate video voiceovers.
