From our all time favorite the pork knuckles with a crispy exterior and juicy, tender meat inside, to our wide range of sausages, German breads and traditional main courses as Wiener Schnitzel, all our dishes originate from Munich’s biergartens and restaurants. As a German beer place must be social, Brotzeit also offers several platters for sharing.

Guests preferring a lighter meal can choose from our variety of delicious salads as well as German breads with toppings.

While the quality and recipes of our dishes follow Munich traditions, the presentation of our dishes follows the more contemporary environment of our Brotzeit.

"Brotzeit" is a typical Bavarian expression – "Brot" being German for bread and "Zeit" for time, referring to a cozy meal complemented by fresh beer.

Brotzeit's design features typical Bavarian elements in its use of wood, the beer benches and tables as well as our eye-catching draft towers in a contemporary interpretation. The look is completed by a full length cartoon like mural illustrating the Bavarian beer traditions and the journey of our beers to the shores of Singapore.
