We were the pioneer for Hot Yoga in Singapore and now we offer a wide variety of hot yoga classes taught by highly qualified instructors from around the world. Our range of classes are carefully chosen so that our students can learn, explore and find a class that suits their own personal style.

ABSOLUTE YOGA SINGAPORE is Singapore’s boutique bikram yoga studio. This means that we are friendly, supportive, and attentive to our students needs in beautiful, well-designed full-service studios. We have all the professionalism and amenities you expect but keep a warm, cozy, personal feel.

Each ABSOLUTE YOGA centre has been thoughtfully designed to create a sense of serenity from the moment you walk through our doors. We pride ourselves in being attentive, friendly and supportive to our students while maintaining a high level of professional commitment and reliability.

We strive to find the right class package or membership for every one of our students. We are not a pushy sales-oriented company, on one side, nor a tiny shop that has an inconsistent class schedule or opening hours.

Founded in 2002, ABSOLUTE YOGA was the first to bring Hot Yoga to Thailand and, in 2004, the first to bring Hot Yoga to Singapore. ABSOLUTE YOGA SINGAPORE is part of the ABSOLUTE YOGA GROUP, which operates 10 yoga centres in Asia.

Jeanne Chung, the founder of Absolute Yoga Singapore and certified instructor

Jeanne is a former investment banker turned yogini. From her very first yoga class, Jeanne was hooked. Further study was an unfolding of the power and beauty of the yoga path and Jeanne couldn’t help but share it. Jeanne became a certified yoga teacher and then moved from San Francisco specifically to open ABSOLUTE YOGA and share her passion for yoga with Singapore.

Jeanne is a certified instructor for Bikram Hot Yoga and Jivamukti Yoga, and her teaching style is influenced by her trainings with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, David Swenson, and Erich Schiffmann. Her own teaching style has been blessed by the influence of all her teachers and is so grateful for all sources of inspiration and awe.
